Pizza dough
Ingredients
- 1 kg wheat flour
- 15 g dry active yeast (half is plenty if you have time)
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 sp sugar (not really needed)
- 6 dl water (lukewarm)
Method
- Add every thing together mix and knead(for longer than you think it needs) until smooth.
- let rise until doubled in size.
- make pizza.
notes
the thinner the crust the higher the heat, if used for thick crust then bake at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes, if used for thin crust then bake at the highest temperature for a few minutes.
